Diesel Engine (Power Prime Mover) It serves as the power source, converting chemical energy from fuel combustion into mechanical energy. It consists of the cylinder block, crankshaft, pistons, fuel injection system, cooling system and lubrication system. Popular matching brands include Weichai, Cummins, Shangchai, Volvo and so on.

Synchronous Alternator (Power Generating Machine) It converts mechanical energy transmitted by the engine into alternating current. Composed of a stator, rotor, carbon brushes and an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator), it is responsible for stable voltage output. Widely used brands are Stamford, Marathon and Shanghai Ganhui.

Control System (Intelligent Control Cabinet) Regarded as the "brain" of the unit, it comprises a controller, circuit breaker and sensors. It supports automatic startup and shutdown, overload protection, automatic paralleling, phase loss protection and fault alarm functions. It is categorized into standard type, fully automatic type and remote intelligent module type.

Fuel Supply System Made up of a fuel tank, diesel filter, water-oil separator, fuel delivery pipes and high-pressure fuel pump. Its function is to filter impurities and moisture out of diesel and deliver fuel continuously and stably.

Lubrication System Consists of an oil sump, oil filter, oil pump and connecting pipelines. Engine oil provides lubrication, heat dissipation and noise reduction, and reduces wear of internal engine components. Engine oil and oil filters must be replaced on a regular basis.

Cooling & Heat Dissipation System Includes a radiator, thermostat, water pump and coolant. During operation, it dissipates heat from the engine block and maintains the water temperature at 75–90°C, preventing cylinder scuffing and engine damage caused by overheating. Silent generator sets are equipped with heat dissipation and exhaust air ducts.

Vibration Damping & Base Frame Assembly Consists of an integrated steel base, vibration-damping rubber pads and a muffler. The rubber pads reduce mechanical vibration; the muffler cuts exhaust noise. The integrated base mounts all components together for easy transportation, installation and fixation.
